Faculty Recital: Cho-Handelsman Duo at Wake Forest

It has been an action-packed Spring term, so much so that I ended up practicing rather than updating my website! One highlight was presenting at my first conference - the Cho-Handelsman duo introduced then performed the Korean-German composer Isang Yun and his Espace I at the College Music Society Southern Chapter Conference. We were pleased with the reception of Yun's unique musical language. It has also been a fulfilling academic year of working with bright students.

The Cho-Handelsman Duo is excited to give our debut faculty recital for our students, colleagues, and community members this weekend at 7:30pm on Saturday, April 19 in Brendle Hall, Scales Center at Wake Forest University. We hope to see you there if you are in the area.

With the school year ending in two weeks, there are several thrilling performance projects coming up in the next few months, so please stay tuned!
